About The Position

We are hiring a Brand Graphic Designer on a part-time contract to design and refresh our icon and the supporting brand assets that run across our system. This is a hands-on design role covering everything from marketing materials to the visual details of our brand identity. The scope below reflects where we are today and will grow as our brand and launch needs grow. This role reports to our Head of Marketing Communications and works alongside our website designer, video editor, and launch campaign manager to ensure all assets are consistent with our visual identity.

Requirements

  • Experience as a graphic designer supporting a brand system, ideally at a B2B or technology company
  • A strong eye for visual consistency across formats, from icons and logos to slides and web visuals
  • Comfortable working across a range of deliverables, from brand guidelines and partner materials to marketing assets and web visuals
  • Able to work independently against brand guidelines and deliver polished, ready-to-use assets
  • Organized and able to manage several design requests in flight at once against a fixed contract timeline
  • Available for a 20-hour week for the full term of the contract
  • Based in the Pacific time zone, Seattle area preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with AI or agent-based products
  • Experience working alongside a marketing or campaign team on shared launch assets

Responsibilities

  • Design and refresh our icon and the supporting brand assets used across the system using the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Build marketing materials, including infographics and slide templates
  • Support video projects with brand-consistent visual elements
  • Update brand guidelines
  • Develop partner guidelines
  • Produce supporting website assets focused on conveying specific content, in partnership with our website designer, who owns the overall design and creative direction
