About The Position

Clio is seeking a Brand Designer to join their Creative team. This role is for an individual who is passionate about their craft, works with purpose, and desires their work to have a significant impact. The Brand Designer will be responsible for building and evolving the Clio brand. This position is available to candidates in Toronto, Calgary, and Vancouver. The work will be visible across Clio's global brand, campaigns, and its expanding portfolio of sub-brands. The candidate should be detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced in-house setting, and consistently deliver high-quality work across all project sizes.

  • A portfolio showcasing a range of work, including brand systems, campaign execution, and multi-channel design.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Comfort with AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Krea) as part of the creative process.
  • Strong storyboarding and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to pitch concepts effectively.
  • Excellent communication and prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams without compromising quality.

  • Develop new visual identities and design systems for Clio's sub-brands.
  • Support a broad range of communication and campaign needs for marketing, demand generation, and events.
