About The Position

Rumble is seeking a Brand Designer to create eye-catching, innovative designs across the Rumble brand design, marketing creatives, produce content, and more. In this key role you will lead the brand design that is in sync with Rumble’s philosophy and objectives across multiple platforms, work with cross-functional teams to bring the Rumble’s suite of brands to life, and produce high-quality illustration and graphics, from concept to delivery. You will also be a champion for consistency and brand guidelines, create reusable assets such as: landing pages, illustrations, marketing decks, display ads, social media assets, presentations, event content and various other document types. You will think creatively to generate visuals that connect with various audiences, including, creators, Rumble users, advertisers, and businesses, and coordinate with other creative partners like artists, photographers, and agencies for necessary elements. Other duties, as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ design experience with a portfolio showcasing a breadth of marketing campaign work
  • 3+ years’ experience with email design, preferable using Figma
  • Experience with large format designs
  • Ability to connect strategy to design work
  • Comfort with working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Proactive and always looking to stay a step ahead
  • A general understanding of performance and growth marketing

Nice To Haves

  • Marketing experience is a plus
  • Experience in the technology or advertising sectors
  • Experience designing assets for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, & YouTube
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Creative agency experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Creative, Design, or equivalent
