About The Position

Cloaked is seeking a Brand Designer (Digital) to lead brand and visual design for its white-glove protection offering, a concierge-led service for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and top executives. This offering has a distinct identity that is premium, understated, and built to earn trust. The designer will be responsible for all client-facing visual elements, from onboarding to physical materials, and will steward the visual system for this offering, working directly with its lead. This is initially a four-to-six-month contract engagement with the potential for full-time conversion.

Requirements

  • A portfolio showcasing built or substantially shaped brand systems.
  • Strong typographic judgment with an understanding of premium vs. loud design.
  • Fluency in Figma, including presentation and prototype work.
  • Sufficient motion and animation skills to clearly demonstrate product flows.
  • Print production experience, including preparing files for printers.
  • Comfort designing UI, even if product design is not the primary discipline.
  • Experience working independently as a contractor with minimal art direction.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with luxury, private banking, high-end hospitality, or other high-net-worth audiences.
  • Specialty print experience (foil stamping, embossing, bookbinding, bespoke packaging).
  • Experience designing sub-brands that complement a parent brand.
  • Exposure to security, privacy, or identity products.
  • Merch and physical product design experience.
  • Background working in a startup or high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build the visual system, including typography, palette, logo and lockups, photography, and layout language, to convey authority and premium quality with restraint.
  • Maintain the brand system and guidelines as a living reference for the team.
  • Design the client-facing onboarding experience, including Figma presentations, screen recordings, and animations.
  • Explore and design product-interface concepts, such as UI mockups and flows for onboarding and interactive tutorials.
  • Design tangible, high-touch collateral, including leather-bound folders, printed briefs, dossier presentations, and QR-to-digital experiences.
  • Design on-brand merchandise for clients and events that reinforce the offering's positioning.
  • Meet weekly with the lead for the offering to review progress and set priorities.

Benefits

  • Above market rate pay and equity for full-time US employees.
  • Comprehensive benefits package for full-time US employees: medical, dental, and vision insurance with the company covering the majority of employee premiums.
  • Company-paid basic life insurance.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Flexible work arrangements and remote work options.
  • Home office stipend.
  • New company laptop and other tech.
  • Competitive PTO, including floating holidays and sick days.
  • Paid parental leave for all new parents (birth, adoption, or foster placement).
  • Monthly wellness and meals stipend.
  • Unlimited professional development fund.
  • Opportunities for career development and personal growth.
  • Encouragement to attend conferences and industry events.
