About The Position

The Brand & Campaign Designer is responsible for concepting, designing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, paid media, and internal channels. This role owns creative deliverables end‑to‑end, translating strategic briefs and business objectives into high‑quality, on‑brand creative solutions with limited supervision. Partnering closely with brand, content, performance marketing, and business stakeholders, this role contributes to campaign ideation, visual storytelling, and performance‑driven creative execution. Success in this role requires strong design judgment, the ability to solve complex creative challenges, and a consistent commitment to brand standards and craft.

Requirements

  • Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end concept development and execution
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing principles and performance‑driven creative
  • Ability to contribute to copywriting and message development in support of brand and campaign goals
  • Experience creating motion graphics (After Effects or similar tools preferred)
  • Digital video production and editing experience across multiple formats and platforms
  • Interest or hands‑on experience in photography and art direction
  • Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) systems and brand governance standards
  • Strategic mindset with an interest in connecting creative work to broader business objectives goals
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
  • 4–6 years of experience in creative, design, or brand roles required.
  • Experience in agency or in-house marketing environments
  • Exposure to campaign-based creative work across digital channels

Responsibilities

  • Concepts, designs, and executes integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, paid media, and internal channels
  • Owns creative deliverables from intake through final execution, working with limited supervision and exercising sound judgment
  • Translates strategic briefs, business objectives, and brand direction into compelling, high quality, on brand creative solutions
  • Partners closely with brand, content, performance marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver performance driven creative
  • Contributes to campaign ideation, including messaging, visual direction, and storytelling, within established strategy and brand frameworks
  • Produces polished visual assets across multiple formats, including digital ads, social content, presentations, email, web, and print
  • Applies and upholds brand standards consistently, ensuring alignment with Envision’s brand strategy across all deliverables
  • Supports brand rollout and activation by executing creative work within established guidelines
  • Participates in maintaining and applying brand guidelines to ensure consistency across channels and partners
  • Manages and organizes creative assets within digital asset management (DAM) systems
  • Contributes to motion graphics and video content, including basic animation, editing, or production support
  • Assists with art direction for photography and video shoots as needed
  • Solves complex or ambiguous creative challenges by applying experience, judgment, and design expertise
  • Collaborates effectively with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high quality creative outcomes
  • Clearly presents and communicates creative concepts, recommendations, and rationale to stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned
