About The Position

The Boutique COO is seeking a Brand and Web Designer to join their network. This role involves working with business owners and founders to expand their expertise and grow their businesses. The network matches clients and professionals based on reliability, collaboration, and seriousness. The ideal candidate will be a Brand Builder with a demonstrated history of creating cohesive brand identities, a Tech-Savvy Doer proficient in website design platforms and Adobe Creative Suite, a Creative Problem-Solver comfortable with innovative design solutions, and a Detail-Oriented Collaborator with strong communication skills and an eye for aesthetics.

Requirements

• U.S.-Based
• Portfolio showcasing design work, particularly in branding and web design.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Own design software access.
• Reliable computer with strong & consistent internet connection.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree or another form of education in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Create cohesive brand identities, including logos, color palettes, typography, and overall visual language.
• Design user-friendly websites across platforms like Squarespace, WordPress, or Wix.
• Approach design challenges with innovative solutions that align with client goals.
• Deliver high-quality outcomes on time by working alongside other professionals and clients.
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
