Responsibilities

Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
Address customer inquiries and concerns about specific products.
Enhance customer experiences by cross-selling products.
Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer service, especially during peak times.
Keep customers informed about discounts and special offers.
Stay abreast of new products and services.
Execute the measurement and installation of various branding materials at retailer locations.
Work collaboratively with retailers on promotional materials and assignments.
Directly engage with retailers to meet their requirements.
Daily interaction with customers in premier retail locations.
Attend team and client meetings.
Track individual and team sales goals on a weekly basis.
Contribute to the local growth of brand awareness, generating new leads.
Cultivate lasting relationships with consumers and clients.
