Primary Role The Marketing & Brand Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining a consistent, professional, and high-performing brand presence for SERVPRO across all marketing channels. This role supports revenue growth by strengthening brand awareness, driving inbound and outbound lead generation, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring brand consistency across mitigation, reconstruction, and commercial services. This position bridges strategy and execution, working closely with sales, operations, and leadership to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals, local market opportunities, and SERVPRO brand standards. Results Expected The Marketing & Brand Manager is expected to establish a consistent, professional SERVPRO brand presence across all channels, improve digital visibility and reputation, and deliver measurable marketing support to sales and business development efforts. Success will be reflected in stronger brand recognition, increased marketing-influenced lead activity, effective sales enablement materials, disciplined campaign execution with clear ROI tracking, and clear reporting that connects marketing efforts to operational capacity and overall business growth.
