The Brand Analyst is a role focused on connecting consumer insights, category dynamics, and business performance to support brand and business growth. It is designed for individuals with strong analytical capability, curiosity, and the ability to contribute to business outcomes. The role also serves as an entry point and career accelerator for high-potential talent interested in Brand Management, Marketing, or General Management. Reporting to a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager, you will support key elements of brand strategy and execution across assigned businesses. You will analyze performance trends, evaluate business issues and opportunities, and translate insights into clear recommendations that support growth, profitability, and Annual Operating Plan delivery. You will partner closely with teams across insights, sales, finance, pricing, forecasting, promotion, marketing, operations, and supply chain to help move work from idea to execution. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, communication, and learning agility. Candidates in this role demonstrate the ability to turn data into clear insights, connect analysis to business implications, contribute to cross-functional work, and support decisions that drive business performance. This role follows a hybrid schedule, with four days per week in the office.
