About The Position
Prestige beauty brands are launching events in Tampa, FL, and we are seeking freelance Brand Advisors to make these events successful. This is a short-term, high-impact project with a set date of September 18th. The role involves driving sales, executing event strategies, and creating a positive client experience. You will represent top national beauty brands and collaborate with the store team to achieve event goals.
Requirements
- Experience in prestige beauty sales with proven results.
- Ability to create a dynamic presence and drive sales at live events.
- Self-motivated with the ability to achieve goals independently.
- Availability for the full set of event dates (September 18th).
- Reliable transportation to retailer locations.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales towards event goals.
- Execute the event playbook, including GWPs (Gift With Purchase), TOAs (Take One/Add-On), and focus product activations.
- Create a memorable client experience.
- Engage and motivate the store team to participate in sales efforts.
- Represent national beauty brands and ensure their prominent display and promotion.
