About The Position

Renuity is seeking a Brand Ambassador to represent the company at in-store retail events and local marketing campaigns. This role involves engaging customers face-to-face to educate them about premium home improvement solutions, delivering confident product presentations, and generating qualified leads. The Brand Ambassador will also participate in ongoing training and professional development, using this role as a launchpad into a long-term career in Sales or Leadership. Renuity is a nationwide network of leading home renovation brands focused on making home improvement faster, easier, and more enjoyable.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated with a drive to exceed performance goals
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached
  • Comfortable traveling within the local area for events and store placements
  • Weekend availability (Saturdays and/or Sundays) is required
