About The Position

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality
- Comfortable speaking with customers in person
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work well independently and with a team
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail, customer service, sales, event, or promotional experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Represent brands in a professional and positive manner
- Engage customers at promotional events and community activities
- Introduce products, services, and current promotions
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate information
- Distribute promotional materials and samples when applicable
- Create friendly and engaging customer experiences
- Gather customer feedback and share observations with the team
- Assist with event setup, activities, and breakdown
- Support promotional campaigns and team objectives
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
