Hiring Event: Brand Ambassador, Las Vegas
About The Position
The Brand Ambassador role is a sales-based position responsible for delivering quality support for Sales and Marketing processes. This role involves working at an outdoor or indoor kiosk in high-traffic areas like malls or casinos, and attending events such as trade shows, festivals, and conferences to connect with the public. The Brand Ambassador will engage in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers, share information about the vacation club experience, and invite/incentivize guests to attend vacation ownership presentations. Success in this role is driven by ambition, motivation, enthusiasm, and a desire to earn money while having fun. This is a commission-driven role with an hourly rate and uncapped earning potential.
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills, and smart devices.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Nice To Haves
- 1 to 3 years of sales and or marketing experience is preferred.
- College Degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure.
- Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals.
- Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
- Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings.
- Keep current on marketing information and materials.
- Keep current on industry trends.
