About The Position
Arc'teryx is seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable representatives to support the brand in retail environments. As a ThirdChannel Brand Rep for Arc'teryx, you will educate store associates and customers about Arc'teryx products, merchandise gear for optimal presentation, and act as a brand advocate by sharing product knowledge and outdoor experiences. Each assigned retail store will be visited once a month for 1-1.5 hours to ensure ongoing support and brand alignment.
Requirements
- Prior sales or customer-facing experience (retail preferred).
- Genuine passion for Arc'teryx gear and outdoor adventure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in visual merchandising.
- Reliable, organized, and tech-savvy.
- Comfortable installing and using the ThirdChannel app.
- Own a smart device (iOS 15.0 or Android 10.0+) with internet access.
- Have reliable transportation and a willingness to travel across your assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Lead training sessions and educate store staff on Arc'teryx products, technologies, and brand values.
- Deliver engaging in-store product presentations and demos.
- Capture in-store photos.
- Conduct inventory audits.
- Perform competitive product analysis.
- Gather employee feedback and insights.
