About The Position

Re-Bath Michigan is growing and is the nation's #1 bathroom remodeler. They are seeking qualified individuals to join their team as a Brand Ambassador/Field Representative. This role is ideal for an outgoing, people-person with a fast-paced work ethic who is interested in working for a tight-knit and growing family-owned business. The Brand Ambassador will embody the Re-Bath brand with professionalism and positivity, actively building relationships with national retail accounts at the regional, store level, and at local events, including trade shows and home events. The role involves educating others about services and acquiring qualified leads. This is an ideal position for a self-motivated, reliable, and collaborative person. Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, participating in corporate sales system processes, and properly entering all leads into the CRM. Travel is part of the job, as the ambassador will rotate through different national account locations to offer a consistent presence and engage with customers. Mileage will be reimbursed.

Requirements

  • Outgoing people-person
  • Public speaking skills
  • Able to communicate and understand the Re-Bath trade language clearly
  • Ready to learn and implement the Re-Bath sales scripts, tools, products, and CRM
  • Proficient at office suite and basic computer skills
  • Self-motivated, highly organized and works well under pressure
  • Warm, outgoing, and enthusiastic
  • Available to work evenings and Saturdays
  • Dependable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance required
  • 1-3 Years Experience

Nice To Haves

  • Big Box Store sales or brand marketing experience preferred but not mandatory (HOME DEPOT & LOWE'S experience strongly preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with national retail accounts at the regional, store level, and at local events, including trade shows and home events.

  • Acquire qualified leads.

  • Properly enter all leads into the CRM.

  • Coordinate with national account representatives, briefing and educating them effectively so they are set up for success.
