About The Position

We are currently hiring motivated individuals for an Entry-Level Brand Ambassador role to represent client brands at live events, retail activations, and community outreach programs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in Brand marketing, Event promotions, Customer engagement, Public relations, Retail activations, Marketing communications, and Promotional campaigns. No prior experience is required — we provide paid training, mentorship, and hands-on development to help you succeed in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. As an Entry-Level Brand Ambassador, you will serve as the face of client brands at live promotional events and community outreach activations. You will engage directly with customers, deliver key messaging, and help create positive and memorable brand experiences that drive awareness and engagement. This role offers hands-on exposure to Event marketing and live promotions, Customer engagement and brand representation, Retail activations and outreach campaigns, Promotional strategy execution, and Public-facing communications.

Responsibilities
- Represent client brands at live events, retail activations, and outreach campaigns
- Engage with the public in a friendly, confident, and professional manner
- Communicate product, service, and campaign messaging clearly
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate information
- Distribute promotional materials, samples, and campaign content
- Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown as needed
- Support team efforts to achieve engagement and campaign goals
- Maintain a strong, positive, and professional brand presence
