The Closet Factory Atlanta Brand Ambassador is a field marketing and community-facing role focused on lead generation. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, staying active, and representing a brand without the pressure of closing sales. The role offers flexibility and variety through engagement in retail settings, events, and networking opportunities. The Brand Ambassador plays a crucial part in creating new opportunities for the design team by connecting with customers, building relationships, and representing Closet Factory within the community. This role blends retail engagement, professional outreach, and internal collaboration.
Requirements
- Outgoing, confident communicators
- Enjoy meeting new people and building rapport
- Hospitality, brand ambassador, sales, or networking backgrounds
- Former or “almost” salespeople who enjoy engagement more than closing
- Organized self-starters who follow through
- A polished, professional presence
Responsibilities
- Engaging customers at the Lowe’s Mobile Showroom
- Coordinating mobile showroom rotation with Lowe’s and Closet Factory management
- Staffing and representing the mobile showroom at events
- Welcoming and educating clients in the showroom
- Starting natural conversations and identifying interest
- Generating leads for Closet Factory designers
- Supporting designers with lead-generation best practices
- Assisting with real estate “Lunch & Learn” events
- Networking at community and charity events
- Accurately tracking and documenting leads
- Working Costco roadshow events
