About The Position

Borealis Cannabis, a Shangri-La brand, is dedicated to delivering premium cannabis products and exceptional customer experiences. Built on quality, consistency, and innovation, we are focused on creating meaningful connections with consumers and retail partners throughout Connecticut. We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Brand Ambassador to represent Borealis Cannabis at dispensaries, vendor days, and promotional events across Connecticut. This role is responsible for increasing brand awareness, educating consumers and budtenders, supporting retail partners, and gathering market insights. This is an as-needed position, with typical shifts ranging from 4 to 6 hours depending on activation schedules, events, and business needs. The ideal candidate is passionate about cannabis, comfortable engaging with customers, and excited to be the face of a growing cannabis brand.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Eligible to work in the cannabis industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Connecticut
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Comfortable using mobile devices to capture photos and videos

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in cannabis, retail sales, customer service, or brand marketing
  • Familiarity with dispensary operations and cannabis products
  • Experience with vendor days, promotions, or event marketing
  • Social media and content creation experience

Responsibilities

  • Execute vendor days, pop-ups, product launches, and in-store promotions
  • Educate consumers and dispensary staff on Borealis products and brand story
  • Support budtender training and product knowledge initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with dispensary partners and store teams
  • Capture photo and video content during activations
  • Submit content and activation summaries promptly
  • Support approved social media and marketing initiatives
  • Gather feedback from consumers and dispensary staff
  • Monitor competitive activity and retail trends
  • Share insights with the Wholesale and Marketing teams
  • Adhere to all Connecticut cannabis regulations
  • Maintain a professional and positive brand presence
  • Complete required reporting and communication responsibilities
