Nintendo of America is seeking a Brand Ambassador to provide merchandising services, product education, product demonstrations, customer service, and display maintenance support to retail stores. The Brand Ambassador will serve as a Nintendo representative for both retail locations and events in their local community. This role involves completing store calls with a focus on special projects, top volume, and high-profile stores. The Brand Ambassador will utilize a tablet device to respond to surveys and file reports from the field, conduct inventories, manage demo software, build relationships with store personnel, maintain display parts and POP inventory, set up and maintain displays, restock products, assist with planogram resets, clean and repair displays, and distribute POP items. Additionally, the role requires using selling techniques and product knowledge to assist customers, providing product demonstrations and education to store personnel, and gathering field insights for management. Participation in monthly conference calls and product training is also expected.
