About The Position

INFINITI of Charlotte is seeking an energetic, professional Brand Ambassador to join their growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude, and want to represent a premier luxury automotive brand. As the first impression for the dealership, the Brand Ambassador will help guests explore the luxury lineup, answer questions, demonstrate vehicle technology, and create an exceptional customer experience from arrival.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the dealership.
• Become an expert on the INFINITI lineup and luxury vehicle technology.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and demonstrations.
• Assist clients during test drives.
• Build relationships that create lifelong customers.
• Work closely with our sales and management team to deliver a world-class experience.
• Represent the INFINITI brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
