About The Position

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll represent Thrasher and Hello Garage at home shows, fairs, and local events. You’ll engage with homeowners, share the companies’ story, and generate leads through genuine conversations. This is a flexible, high-energy opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people and representing a purpose-driven company. The pay range starts at $18 per hour, plus uncapped commission on leads and booked appointments.

Requirements

• All experience levels are accepted.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Energetic and dependable, and comfortable starting conversations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pre-employment screening includes a felony/misdemeanor background check.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand with warmth, confidence, and enthusiasm.
• Connect with event attendees, ask questions, and start conversations.
• Educate potential customers about the services provided.
• Use an iPad to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
• Set up and tear down event displays.
