About The Position

Firstrust Bank is seeking energetic, outgoing, and professional Brand Ambassadors to represent the bank as the Official Bank of the Philadelphia Eagles during all Philadelphia Eagles home games at Lincoln Financial Field. As a Brand Ambassador, you will serve as the face of Firstrust Bank in Pepsi Plaza, helping create a welcoming, engaging, and memorable experience for Eagles fans. You will support game-day activations, encourage participation in promotional activities, educate guests about Firstrust Bank, and strengthen connections with the community through positive brand interactions. Brand Ambassadors are expected to work approximately 4–5 hours prior to kickoff and assist with activation breakdown after the game begins.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during Philadelphia Eagles home games.
Passion for sports and familiarity with the Philadelphia Eagles.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Students or recent graduates pursuing degrees in Sports Marketing, Sport Administration, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related fields are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Professionally represent Firstrust Bank and uphold the organization's values at all times.
Create a welcoming and engaging environment by actively greeting and interacting with Eagles fans.
Build positive relationships with guests and foster trust in the Firstrust Bank brand.
Assist with activation activities, including sweepstakes and raffle entries, prize wheel participation, giveaway distribution, and other promotional experiences.
Support Eagles Checking customers and other VIP guests during select activations.
Take photos for guests and assist with fan engagement opportunities.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing activation space throughout the event.
Demonstrate knowledge of Firstrust Bank products, services, community initiatives, and current promotions.
Proactively seek opportunities to create memorable fan experiences and drive participation.
Assist with event setup, breakdown, inventory management, and activation logistics as needed.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by Firstrust Bank.
Assists in the development of new business for Firstrust. Is alert to expressed customer/prospect needs to suggest appropriate services. Directs customers to appropriate person to establish business relationships.
Other duties as assigned.
