About The Position

The Sterling Brand Ambassador Program is designed for the most connected, creative, and driven students on campus. This isn’t just a campus rep role, it’s your opportunity to build your personal brand, gain real-world marketing experience, and represent two of the most exciting student communities near University of Central Florida. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll serve as the face of Sterling Quadrangle. Bringing energy, influence, and creativity to drive awareness, tours, and leases.

Organized, motivated, and goal-oriented

Responsibilities

Be the Face of the Brand: Represent Sterling on campus, online, and at key events.
Drive Leasing Success: Generate leads and referrals through your personal network and unique ambassador link.
Create & Share Content: Develop engaging social media content showcasing lifestyle, amenities, and community culture.
Host & Support Events: Assist with resident and campus activations from pop-ups to high-energy social events.
Build Community Buzz: Create authentic connections with students and position Sterling as the place to live.
Create and post original content monthly (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Share and amplify official Sterling content
Generate consistent monthly leads through your network
Attend required ambassador meetings/events
Participate in content shoots and marketing campaigns
Maintain a strong, positive representation of the Sterling brand
