Brand Ambassador - Full time Temp
About The Position
2020 Companies is seeking full-time temporary Brand Ambassadors to promote Bodyguardz products! This role involves engaging with retail associates and managers, demonstrating products, and assisting in driving sales and customer experience. The Brand Ambassador will partner with retail management and sales associates to train and advocate for client products, drive sales and market share, and maintain professional interactions. Responsibilities also include auditing competitive products and promotions, ensuring correct product merchandising, and accurately tracking and communicating all activity to program leadership.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
- Reliable transportation within assigned territory
Nice To Haves
- Business degree preferred
- Wireless experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Engage & interact with retail associates and managers in 1:1 and group settings with passion, energy, and knowledge of BodyGuardz products
- Demo BodyGuardz 25 products to highlight the benefits over competitive brands
- Assist in driving sales and customer experience
- Partner with retail management and retail sales associates to train and advocate for client products
- Drive sales, market share, and mind share for BodyGuardz products within your assigned territory
- Assist retail sales associates in the sales of products within retail wireless store locations
- Maintain professional interaction with retail associates, customers, and fellow employees
- Audit and record competitive products, promotions, merchandising, displays, and retailer feedback
- Contribute to team effort by assisting in launch-related activities, as needed
- Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to program leadership
- Ensure products are merchandised correctly, well-organized, and presentable
