About The Position

As a part-time Brand Ambassador at Aerie, you bring the brand to life by helping every guest have an enjoyable shopping experience. You represent the company, share your enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products, and build brand loyalty while embodying the company's values. The role involves assisting guests across store zones and working collaboratively with the team.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be available to work during guest shopping hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Enjoy interacting with people and be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Be passionate about AE and Aerie products.

• Previous retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model and a “friends first” approach to engage guests and help them find what they are looking for.
• Educate guests about AE and Aerie products and recommend products suited to their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Work flexibly across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively address guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist teammates and contribute to completing team tasks.
• Follow AEO policies and procedures.
