About The Position

Infinity Replacement is Marvin’s direct-to-consumer solution for homeowners who want premium windows and doors without the hassle. We bring Marvin’s 100+ year legacy of craftsmanship straight to customers through high-quality products, professional installation, and personalized in‑home consultations. We’re looking for Brand Ambassadors who enjoy engaging with people face to face and have a natural ability to spark interest through conversation. This role is focused on starting conversations and scheduling in‑home consultations—not closing sales.

Requirements

Are 18 years of age or older
Reliable transportation (travel to retail locations and events required)
A smartphone
Comfort standing and moving throughout your shift
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (display setup)
Confidence handling rejection—you understand every “no” gets you closer to a “yes”
A genuine interest in people and strong, face‑to‑face communication
No prior sales experience required—just reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
