About The Position

Edgard & Cooper (E&C), a division of General Mills, is an exciting NEW pet food brand in the U.S. This European brand was acquired by General Mills in 2024 and introduced to the U.S. market in the Summer of 2025. Because of their philosophy on sustainable, delicious, and healthy pet food, we are looking for passionate part-time Brand Ambassadors to provide an educational and engaging in-store pet-parent experience and recommend the best E&C nutrition for their pet(s). Help expand our Edgard & Cooper brand in this market!

Requirements

Ability to work weekend hours in retail stores (Fridays, Saturdays, and/or Sundays) for at least 9 and up to 13 ½ hours per week.
Dependability! Attend work as scheduled.
Ability to commute to retail locations within a 25-mile radius of the location we are hiring for: 24 Mountain Rd., Glen Burnie, MD. 21060
Ability to lift 30lbs. of pet food.
Ability to move around the store for up to 4 1/2 hours.
Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Have an active email account, and access to a computer, tablet, and/or smartphone.

Responsibilities

Share the story of Edgard & Cooper, our naturally tasty dog food, in PetSmart Stores and occasionally at local events.
Connect with pet parents and store associates through a personalized approach.
Engage in conversations with pet parents about their pets.
Utilize product knowledge and latest promotions to recommend the best E&C nutrition for their pet(s).
Record sales and insights from the day.
