Brand Ambassador
About The Position
This is an entry-level, on-site position that represents a brand in person and creates positive customer experiences at events, retail locations, or community activations. The role is designed for a people-oriented candidate who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and communicating directly with others. This is a hands-on, in-person position. This is not a remote position. Team members work on site and should be comfortable with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, clients, attendees, community members, partners, and/or coworkers depending on the assignment.

Nice To Haves
- Prior related experience is helpful but not required where training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Initiate friendly face-to-face conversations with customers
- Explain brand offerings, promotions, and key messages
- Support demonstrations, events, and promotional displays
- Collect feedback and maintain professional brand standards
