Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to wear and appear comfortable in uniform/costumes
- Adheres fully to established company and departmental appearance standards; including uniform, hygiene, and general appearance guidelines at all times
Nice To Haves
- Six months related experience and/or training preferred
- Prior entertainer experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Promote and maintain all steps of the outstanding guest service program with each patron and team member you may come in contact with
- Maintains upbeat, positive attitude, friendly and helpful demeanor, positive energy, and enthusiasm from one interaction to the next
- Utilizes smiles and frequent eye contact and a friendly tone of voice to project warmth and friendliness
- Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates customer wins
- Is ready to serve and well informed of daily facility hours of operation, promotional programs and any other relevant valuable guest information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting
- Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting
- Responsible for talking with customers, posing for pictures, and interacting will guests while projecting the Hollywood brand
- Other duties may be assigned
