Brand Ambassador – Sales & Customer Engagement
About The Position
Infinity Replacement by Marvin is hiring a Brand Ambassador to represent its window and door products at Costco and other retail events. The role focuses on engaging shoppers in friendly conversations, generating interest in the products, and scheduling qualified in-home consultations. It offers a $20 per hour base wage plus performance bonuses for qualified appointments; top performers regularly earn $25–$35 or more per hour, and may earn significantly more. The position is presented as a flexible part-time opportunity with paid training, ongoing coaching, and potential career growth into sales and leadership roles. No prior experience is required. The Brand Ambassador sets up and maintains professional branded displays, educates homeowners about products and services, and helps generate leads. The role does not involve hard selling or cold calling. Applicants should be at least 18, have reliable transportation and a smartphone, be able to stand and move throughout a shift, and be able to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup.
