About The Position

We are a leading company in the window and door replacement industry, known for our innovative products and exceptional customer service. We’re looking for enthusiastic Retail Brand Ambassadors to be the face of our brand at varying retail spaces. This is a Per Diem position, with up to 28 hours per week, and shifts typically falling between Thursday and Sunday during the day, with varying start times.

Responsibilities

Represent the company at retail locations and interact with customers.
Engage with retail customers in a friendly, approachable manner and share product benefits.
Create buzz around the brand with compelling presentations and demonstrations.
Start conversations, understand customer needs, and offer tailored solutions.
Collect contact information to help set up sales appointments.
Maintain and organize retail locations to attract and engage visitors.
Collaborate with the Event Manager and Marketing Team to maximize lead generation and conversion.
Adhere to retail location safety standards and ensure displays are safe and inviting.
