Brand Ambassador (Fitness, Athletic, Human Movement knowledge required)
About The Position
Dephy is seeking a Brand Ambassador passionate about human movement and customer engagement. This role involves educating customers about the Sidekick ankle exoskeleton, demonstrating its benefits for natural movement, and representing the Dephy brand at their Burlington Mall location. The Brand Ambassador will be the first point of contact, sparking conversations, providing hands-on product demonstrations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. While not a medical role, the ambassador will discuss general wellness benefits, clarifying that products do not offer medical treatment. The ideal candidate possesses knowledge of human movement and the gait cycle, coupled with customer service experience, and is energetic, outgoing, and confident in initiating conversations.
Requirements

- Passion for health, fitness, human performance, or wearable technology.
- Knowledge of human movement and the gait cycle gained through fitness training, education, or related experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, approachable way.
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable initiating conversations with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations and adapt presentations to different audiences.
- Comfortable learning and becoming an expert on innovative technology and sharing that knowledge with others.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while representing the brand professionally.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and interacting with customers for extended periods throughout the day.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Background in kinesiology, exercise science, athletic training, physical therapy, personal training, group fitness instruction, or a related field is preferred.
- Expert at using technology such as tablets, mobile apps, or point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience with a focus on creating exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers at the Burlington Mall location.
- Educate customers about the science behind the Sidekick ankle exoskeleton and how it supports natural movement.
- Conduct hands-on product demonstrations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create exceptional customer experiences.
- Represent the Dephy brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Build meaningful connections with customers.
- Track customer interactions, product demonstrations, and customer feedback.
- Regularly report insights and trends to the Marketing team.
- Support social media creation to enhance Dephy’s brand.
