Brand Ambassador (50 Hudson Yards)
About The Position
As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the first point of contact for tenants, guests, and visitors across Hudson Yards. You’ll create warm, memorable experiences by greeting people, offering assistance, and connecting them to everything our neighborhood has to offer—from events and dining to transportation and services. You'll be stationed in key areas like lobbies, plazas, or near shops, helping people navigate the property, making recommendations, and building meaningful relationships. You’ll also track preferences, coordinate follow-ups, and share insights with our team to enhance service.
Requirements
- 3+ years in hospitality, service, or sales
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using tech and CRM tools
- Flexible schedule, able to work outdoors and on your feet
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist all visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Provide directions, book reservations, and arrange transportation
- Anticipate needs and share information about Hudson Yards
- Track customer preferences and share feedback with the team
- Support events, promote services, and ensure property upkeep
- Collaborate with security, operations, and cleaning teams
