About The Position

Southern Traditions Window Fashions is seeking a friendly, approachable, and outgoing Brand Ambassador in the Charlotte area to greet, interact with, and schedule appointments for our sales team in retail and trade show environments. This role involves independently representing Southern Traditions at 4 Costco warehouses in the Charlotte area, building upon an established partnership with 7 Costco locations across SC and NC. The ideal candidate is confident in engaging with people and promoting the brand. Typical workdays are Monday-Thursday, with occasional evening/weekend requirements for switching promotional graphics.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is recommended.
• Ability to work in a standing position.
• Ability to work scheduled events, working 10-11 hour shifts as needed.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in sales or window fashions is not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event setup and breakdown of display for events.
• Ability to work independently; punctual and professional demeanor.
• Provide excellent customer service with strong communication skills.
• Promote our products and showcase our brand to retailers and consumers.
• Input contact information accurately for our sales team.
• Familiarize yourself with our mission, core values, and process.
• Manage and track event equipment, materials, and promotional items.
