About The Position

Saint Luke’s is seeking enthusiastic, community-minded individuals to serve as PRN Brand Ambassadors representing our organization throughout the community. This role is perfect for someone who has had a meaningful experience with Saint Luke’s, feels passionate about our mission, or simply wants to help others connect with trusted healthcare resources in a warm and authentic way. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll play an important role in creating memorable community interactions while representing the values and culture that make Saint Luke’s special. Whether engaging with families at local festivals, supporting wellness events, or helping community members learn about available services, you’ll serve as a friendly and professional face of the Saint Luke’s and BJC brand.

Responsibilities

• Represent Saint Luke’s and the BJC brand at community events, health fairs, festivals, wellness events, and local activations
• Create welcoming, positive, and engaging interactions with community members
• Share information about Saint Luke’s services, programs, and community resources in a relatable and approachable manner
• Help educate individuals and families on preventive care, wellness initiatives, and healthcare access opportunities
• Serve as a positive reflection of Saint Luke’s values: Kindness, Respect, Excellence, Safety, and Teamwork
• Maintain a professional, energetic, and knowledgeable presence during all events and activations
• Support marketing and community outreach initiatives aligned with organizational goals
• Adapt to varying event environments and schedules while maintaining reliability and enthusiasm
