About The Position

Joyce Factory Direct is seeking high-energy, people-facing Brand Ambassadors to support their presence at local events, home shows, and retail activations. This part-time role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working events, engaging with the public, and creating memorable brand experiences. As the face of Joyce in the field, you will introduce homeowners to products, drive interest, and schedule consultations. This is a fast-paced, social role where personality and effort directly impact success.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Joyce brand at events, festivals, and retail locations
• Engage attendees in a friendly, professional manner
• Promote our products and create interest through conversation
• Generate leads and schedule in-home consultations
• Maintain an organized and inviting booth presence
• Assist with light setup and teardown as needed
• Work toward daily and weekly performance goals
