About The Position
2020 Companies is hiring full-time Brand Ambassadors to represent a nationally recognized premium tobacco brand at retail locations throughout your territory. In this highly interactive role, you'll engage adult consumers through one-on-one conversations, introduce brand offerings, gather consumer feedback, and distribute promotional offers. Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Have reliable transportation
- Have a valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, event marketing, or promotional marketing roles preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable approaching and engaging consumers in a retail environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to utilize mobile applications and reporting tools
- Ability to stand for extended periods and remain active throughout scheduled events
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds

Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory
- Engage adult tobacco consumers in meaningful, compliant conversations about tobacco products
- Verify age eligibility and ensure all interactions comply with company policies, local regulations, and program guidelines
- Administer consumer surveys and accurately collect market feedback and insights
- Distribute approved promotional materials and consumer offers, including coupons and incentives
- Educate consumers on available promotions
- Encourage purchase consideration through consultative consumer engagement
- Build positive relationships with retail personnel and store management
- Accurately document activity results, consumer interactions, and survey completion through designated reporting systems
- Maintain all program materials, displays, and activation assets in a professional manner
- Travel throughout the assigned territory to support scheduled retail visits and events
