About The Position

Pyramid Roofing is seeking a Brand Ambassador to represent their brand at various events including in-store events at Lowe's, trade shows, charity events, and community activations. The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for building relationships with associates and partners, engaging with homeowners about potential projects, and generating qualified leads by setting appointments for the sales team. This role focuses on initiating conversations and identifying needs, rather than direct sales or closing deals. The ideal candidate is outgoing, enjoys interacting with people, and can be a positive presence at events.

Requirements

• Comfort approaching strangers and initiating conversations.
• Ability to ask good questions without being pushy.
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail, particularly in data entry.
• Willingness to adapt strategies based on performance data.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Basic comfort with technology and ability to learn lead management tools.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in roofing, exterior remodeling, home services, or home improvement retail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Pyramid Roofing at various events, including Lowe's in-store events, trade shows, charity events, and community activations.
• Build relationships with store leadership, associates, event organizers, and partners.
• Engage with homeowners to identify potential roofing, siding, or other exterior home service needs.
• Explain the value of a free in-home consultation and set appointments for the sales team.
• Ensure all submitted leads are complete, accurate, and meet basic criteria (service area, service offered, homeowner verification).
• Train and refresh store associates on identifying potential leads and referring homeowners.
• Maintain event materials, signage, and lead capture tools.
• Provide a weekly recap of coverage, leads, and any challenges encountered.
• Participate in bi-weekly performance calls and raise important observations or issues.
