Brand Ambassador (Part-Time)
About The Position
Statewide Remodeling, a Renuity Company, is seeking Brand Ambassadors to earn $25-35 per hour, with top performers earning $40 per hour. This is a part-time, W2 employee position. Statewide Remodeling, part of the Renuity family, aims to revolutionize home improvement by making it faster, easier, and stress-free. They are looking for individuals with fresh perspectives and welcome candidates from all backgrounds. The role involves interacting with customers face-to-face in retail stores and events to promote products and generate interest, representing the brand with confidence and professionalism, initiating conversations, and helping customers arrange free in-home consultations. The Brand Ambassador will set appointments, assist customers in a clear and friendly way, and collaborate with a high-performing team to meet goals. Entry-level candidates are welcome, as paid training will be provided. Advancement opportunities are available. The company values talented, professional, and fun individuals.
Requirements

- Retail and customer service experience highly valued

- Must have reliable transportation, this role may require you to go to multiple locations in the same day, or to community events, some of which may not be near public transit.
- Criminal background checks required

Responsibilities
- Interact with customers face-to-face in big box retail stores and events to promote our products and generate interest
- Represent our brand with confidence and professionalism
- Initiate conversation and help customers arrange free in-home consultations for home renovation services.
- Set appointments and assist customers in a clear and friendly way
- Collaborate with a high-performing team to meet daily and weekly goals
