- Engage with customers and provide clear information about products, services, and promotions

- Deliver consistent and high-quality brand experiences
- Assist with promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives
- Answer questions and help customers understand available options
- Maintain a strong understanding of brand messaging and campaign objectives
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance and campaign goals
- Provide feedback regarding customer interactions and campaign performance
- Maintain professional standards and a customer-focused attitude
