About The Position

Our partner is looking for a Part Time Brand Ambassador Inside Whole Foods Market in Red Bank, NJ. This role is part of a broader effort to shape the future of shopping experiences and connect shoppers with products and experiences that enrich their lives. Team members joining this opportunity become part of a large, global network supporting thousands of brands and retail partners, with access to training, support, and opportunities to grow a career. In this position, you will help drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. This role offers a chance to connect with shoppers in a retail setting and introduce them to new products.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location
• Comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work areas and equipment
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet to log work activity after each shift
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Able to take initiative and work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team
• Committed to maintaining a safety-first approach in the workplace

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a positive, professional manner
• Conduct food and beverage sampling to introduce shoppers to new products
• Prepare, cook, and clean the work area and equipment used for sampling
• Record work activity using a smartphone or tablet after each shift
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, customers, and team members
• Perform all job duties with a safety-first approach in a retail environment
• Work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team
