About The Position

2020 Companies is hiring full-time Brand Ambassadors to represent a nationally recognized premium tobacco brand at retail locations. This role involves engaging adult consumers through one-on-one conversations, introducing brand offerings, gathering consumer feedback, and distributing promotional offers. It's an interactive role focused on creating memorable brand experiences and building communication and customer engagement skills. The ideal candidate is energetic, outgoing, and thrives in social environments. No tobacco industry experience is required, just a great personality, confidence, and a passion for customer experiences.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, event marketing, or promotional marketing roles preferred
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities
Comfortable approaching and engaging consumers in a retail environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to utilize mobile applications and reporting tools
Ability to stand for extended periods and remain active throughout scheduled events
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds

Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory
Engage adult tobacco consumers in meaningful, compliant conversations about tobacco products
Verify age eligibility and ensure all interactions comply with company policies, local regulations, and program guidelines
Administer consumer surveys and accurately collect market feedback and insights
Distribute approved promotional materials and consumer offers, including coupons and incentives
Educate consumers on available promotions
Encourage purchase consideration through consultative consumer engagement
Build positive relationships with retail personnel and store management
Accurately document activity results, consumer interactions, and survey completion through designated reporting systems
Maintain all program materials, displays, and activation assets in a professional manner
Travel throughout the assigned territory to support scheduled retail visits and events
