About The Position

As a part-time Brand Ambassador at Aerie, you bring the brand to life by providing every store guest with an excellent shopping experience. You represent the company, build brand loyalty, share your enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products, and embody the company’s values. You may work across the salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.

Requirements

• Enjoy interacting with people and bring energy to the role.
• Be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Be available to work during guest shopping hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail experience.
• Enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and help them find what they are looking for with a friends-first approach.
• Educate guests about AE and Aerie products and suggest items that meet their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Flex between the salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist teammates and contribute to getting the job done.
• Follow AEO policies and procedures.
