About The Position

As a part-time Brand Ambassador at Aerie, you bring the brand to life by providing every store guest with an excellent shopping experience. You represent the company, build brand loyalty, share your product knowledge, and embody the company’s values. You use a “friends first” approach to help guests find what they need and can move between store zones as required.

Requirements

• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Have energy and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Previous retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model and a “friends first” mindset.
• Educate guests about AE and Aerie products and suggest products that fit their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Work flexibly across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist teammates and contribute to completing team tasks.
• Follow AEO policies and procedures and act with integrity.
