About The Position

Beautycon LA is seeking Brand Ambassadors to engage and develop the next generation of talent. This role is ideal for current college students, recent graduates, or emerging professionals interested in beauty, marketing, communications, hospitality, experiential events, media, or related fields. Brand Ambassadors will support the Beautycon LA team across the live event experience, ensuring smooth operations and a positive guest experience.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional, and guest-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy live event environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow instructions while adapting to changing event needs.
• Comfortable interacting with large groups of attendees, partners, vendors, and event staff.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, professionalism, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Interest in beauty, fashion, culture, entertainment, media, experiential marketing, or live events.
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and assist with various on-site event responsibilities and lift up to 35lbs.
• Must be available for required onboarding and training during the week of September 7, 2026.
• Must be fully available to work Beautycon LA on Saturday, September 19, 2026.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service, hospitality, event, production, or brand ambassador experience is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, events, retail, promotions, or brand ambassador work is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activations, attendee flow, check-in, exhibits, programming areas, and other high-traffic event touchpoints.
• Serve as a knowledgeable and welcoming resource for attendees, providing directions, answering general questions, and helping guests navigate the Beautycon experience.
• Assist event and production teams with behind-the-scenes coordination, crowd flow, line management, and other day-of logistical needs.
• Help ensure partner and Beautycon activations operate smoothly and maintain a positive guest experience.
• Represent Beautycon professionally and enthusiastically while helping bring the event's community-focused experience to life.
• Identify guest or operational concerns and promptly escalate issues to the appropriate team lead, security, production, or management partner.
