About The Position
This role is responsible for generating highly qualified leads and setting appointments by engaging homeowners in targeted areas where our brand already has a strong presence.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, outgoing, and energetic personality
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Confident and comfortable engaging with new people
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Previous canvassing or face-to-face marketing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners to generate leads and schedule qualified appointments
- Serve as a knowledgeable consultant by providing helpful product information
- Execute face-to-face marketing campaigns as directed by leadership
- Represent Redo Cabinets with a positive, professional, and enthusiastic attitude
- Maintain clean, organized marketing materials at all times
- Accurately track and document canvassing activity and results
- Maintain a neat, professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards
- Attend company meetings and training sessions as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Most importantly-have fun and bring great energy to the team
