About The Position
We are hiring a Brand Ambassador to represent an exciting live entertainment experience in Waikīkī. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being around visitors, loves the hospitality industry, and knows how to create genuine, memorable interactions. You won't just be standing around - you'll be actively creating excitement, building interest, and helping guests discover an unforgettable experience. As a Brand Ambassador, you are the face and first impression of the experience. Your energy, professionalism, and communication skills directly impact guest engagement and overall attendance. You will work in a lively, high-foot-traffic environment where confidence and enthusiasm matter. This role requires someone who can maintain strong presence and composure in busy and sometimes loud surroundings. To ensure authenticity, selected candidates will be invited to attend the show at least once prior to starting. This allows you to confidently and genuinely speak about the experience.

Nice To Haves
- Fluency in Japanese is a significant advantage, as many guests are international visitors.
- Previous experience as a brand ambassador, promoter, hospitality host, or customer-facing representative is a plus - but personality, presence, and professionalism are most important.
