About The Position

Window Nation is hiring Brand Ambassadors (Event Sales Representatives) to represent the company at local festivals, community events, home shows, and other high-traffic events throughout the Jacksonville area. This part-time role offers guaranteed base pay plus uncapped commission for qualified leads. The Brand Ambassador will engage with homeowners, introduce them to Window Nation, generate and qualify leads, and create a positive experience at the event booth. The role does not involve closing sales but focuses on creating interest and connecting potential customers with the sales team.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Reliable transportation to travel to event locations throughout Jacksonville, JAX Beach, and St. Augustine
Availability for evening and weekend events, including at least two weekends per month
Confidence communicating with customers face-to-face
Ability to remain active and on your feet during event shifts
Ability to assist with event materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, events, promotions, fitness, automotive, wireless sales, or other customer-facing work
Previous sales or event experience is helpful, but direct event marketing experience isn't required.
