About The Position

As a part-time Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate) at Aerie, you bring the brand to life and help every guest have a great shopping experience. You represent the company and its values, build brand loyalty, and share your enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products. The role involves engaging with guests, helping them find products, and flexing across different store zones as needed.

Requirements

• Enjoy interacting with people and bring energy to the role.
• Be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Be available to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests and help them find what they are looking for.
• Educate guests about product details and suggest products that meet their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Work across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist team members and contribute to completing store tasks.
• Follow AEO policies and procedures.
