About The Position

We are looking for a personable and dependable Brand Ambassador to support customer engagement and promotional activities. This entry-level opportunity is suited to candidates who enjoy face-to-face communication and want to build experience in brand representation, marketing, and customer relations. Previous brand ambassador experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Represent assigned products, services, or campaigns professionally.
• Engage with members of the public during approved promotional activities.
• Explain product or service features accurately.
• Answer basic questions and direct complex inquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Support demonstrations, promotional events, or customer outreach activities as assigned.
• Help maintain organized promotional materials and event spaces.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate observations to the team.
• Follow approved messaging, event procedures, and brand guidelines.
• Attend scheduled briefings and training sessions.
